Absolutely spot on, especially re Temple of Doom, which I never liked, controversy notwithstanding. Top Gun was absolutely a Navy recruiting video, along with Officer & a Gentleman. Have never seen Breakfast Club, & Die Hard is at least filmed in & set in Los Angeles. It has that going for it.
