Chauvin's attorney didn't need Judge Cahill to tell him that Waters's comment might be used in appeal. Not if he was halfway competent, & he certainly appears to be. If Judge Cahill was really intent on "weaponizing his white supremacy" why didn't he grant the defense motion for a mistrial?
