Color blindness can't be imposed like a discipline. Rather it would one consequence of a racially equitable society, where skin color would be no more significant than one's eye or hair color.

Incidentally, fights in hockey are common. It's a low-scoring sport & fans expect them. Players on skates can't develop enough leverage to really hurt one another. From what I understand, fights in basketball are extremely rare. Naturally people take them more seriously.
