Cosgrove is another example of the polarization between conservatives & normal people that's wreaking havoc in this country right now. After being suspended from the LMPD Cosgrove supporters created a Go Send Me (a right wing alternative to Go Fund Me) on his behalf which obtained reportedly some $60,000. Many donors claimed how tired they were of "criminals" being glorified while "hard-working cops" get kicked to the curb.

Why would anything think Breonna Taylor was a criminal? Probably because the reportage upon which they rely is one-sided & heavily biased.

For example: A few years ago, Scottsdale sharpshooter James Peters put a round in John Loxas's head after he answered the door holding his infant grandson. This killing was egregious enough to get the white folks marching. I cite it because as reported in POLICE magazine, it would appear the heroic Peters saved the child ... from what, they don't make it clear. The headline read Az Cop Shoots Kills Man Who Endangered Baby. You almost have to laugh, because the only ones endangering the baby were the cops who killed his grandfathering while holding him.

The author's only source of information for the article was the PD's spokesperson. No other reportage was attempted or made. They even used a photo of Loxas that made him look like Charlie Manson. So, if you're a cop or cop's close relative & you know the name Loxas that's what you know.

Incidentally, this being Peters's seventh shooting & sixth kill, SPD decided it was finally time to put him out to pasture, full medical retirement. Now he works for a company that helps train police. Yeah....

Now, Breonna Taylor's case is better known. But maybe not that much better. I guarantee most LEOs & conservatives are dead certain she was engaged in narcotics trafficking, evidence to the contrary notwithstanding. Most also believe that Kenneth Walker knew perfectly well that the intruders were police acting on a valid warrant. Why would a man shoot a single round under those circumstances? Well, it just happens, they'll tell you. So, as far as they're concerned, he got away with shooting a cop. I hope Mr. Walker takes especial care not to run any red lights & keeps within the speed limit henceforth.

Finally, why Carroll County? Perhaps because per recent census data it's 94.1 % white, 2.2% black or African-American.
