I think I'd want to say that the course you're on is not sustainable.

But I've never been there. Haven't experienced the street, the people, the politics. Maybe if I were I'd conclude there was no other course available (big maybe).

Better than tell them anything, I'd ask a question: Where do you see yourselves in the next 10 - 25 years?
