Honestly I had never heard of this letter before. It does read false, I agree. "A multiplicity of colors ass backwards..." for example. Never minding specific diction, the lack of pre 1970 provenance alone should arouse our suspicions.
I was also going to comment on the lack of capitalizing nouns, a custom from Germanic languages still in place will past the 18th century in English letters, but I see the "letter" was also presented as the text of a speech, so that might not mean anything.
Still, about as authentic as the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. And you're right, it is still worth discussing, in proper context. Thanks for presenting this.
