I read the entire Pro Publica piece. Just incredible! These half-educated commissioners, judges & magistrates are running wild in Tennessee. Cops get disciplined repeatedly, suspended, found on the wrong of settlements, & their careers just continue. No one steps in, no one says "enough!".

How distressing. And what is the outcome? They've expanded, & proudly advertise their services in locking up kids from all over Tennessee.

These people should be in jail for their actions. This whole system shut down. Awful as it is, I really appreciate you reporting on this, Allison.
