Society isn't just white people. So are all actions undertaken by all members of society reinforcing white supremacy?

And...

Why must if follow that if society is created on the basis of white supremacy, all actions undertaken by white people reinforce white supremacy?

Is society not also founded on the basis of free markets? And, if so, do all actions undertaken by members of society reinforce free markets?

I think one can argue they do not. E.g. anti-trust legislation, collectivist enclaves, minimum wage laws, etc..
