"Images" & not the treachery of language, of words?

Because I'm not sure the images lie. E.g. we see a major hospital blown to smithereens.

But, maybe not, because...

Either way, one side will believe the IDF did it, while the other will never doubt it was Gazans.

But we're never in doubt that the hospital was destroyed.
