Ironic that Mason took a major hit from the Biden administration's cracking down on for-profit prisons. Previously a black-majority community benefited from mass incarceration.

This Ford plant is certainly the better alternative. I think Mason did the right thing by keeping its charter. Let all eyes be on the state & its actions, particularly as no criteria have been provided for when Mason might regain control of its finances.

This seems like a battle that has not been lost & need not be lost for the residents of Mason.
