Massacre of the Hadassah medical convoy, five days after Deir Yassin, didn't match up in numbers, but given that it consisted nearly entirely of non-combatants, it was pretty savage. Arab forces later proclaimed an inability to discern combatants from noncombatants during the battler, but the convoy was expected & ambushed. They knew of what it comprised.
