Some very good & relevant points made here. It's worth noting that Trump did lose ground among white male voters in '20, perhaps a sign that the great ship of social change is gradually changing course, & that people like you are being heard.
With regard to #metoo, I think there are always consequences to such an eventful movement, not all of which are good. E.g. BLM activism is credited with prompting local Republican victories in the '20 election (which is not to say it shouldn't have happened). In the case of #metoo, it seems inevitable that some men would back away from even the slight possibility of being accused of impropriety. After all in many cultures there is no justification at all for a man & woman who are not related being alone together.
Of course I write this as someone who was never in a position to promote another's career by lunching.
