Surely you're aware Sanger was against abortion & pressed for contraception as a way to avoid it. She did, per her own autobiography, speak at KKK rallies. But she also worked with W.E.B. Du Bois, founded the first PP clinic in Harlem & insisted her personnel avoid racist behavior.
