Thank you. Whenever people express outrage at the existence of a hereditary leadership I think: Donald Trump (actually also hereditary, in a manner of speaking). No system addresses all of the ills that society's need for leadership creates.

The English people (& the French, & the Russian, & many others) did not always tolerate inept leadership, heredity notwithstanding.
