Yet you would deny them the representation & suffrage Israeli Arabs have, thus creating a trilevel system of Israeli Jew vs. Israeli Arab vs. resident, non-citizen Arab. Millions of Palestinians brought against their will into such a polity will never acquiesce to being second class citizens. Millions of people live as resident aliens by their choice to do so. Annexing their country (or land if you must) & compelling them to live thus is a formula for more endless strife & ultimate civil war.
